Refund Policy

Last updated: April 12, 2026

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid purchases of Analogify products or subscriptions that are processed by our payment provider Paddle (or another processor we name at checkout). By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Use.

Eligibility for a refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, and you have not materially abused the service (for example automated scraping, sharing accounts to bypass limits, or violations of our Terms).
  • We fail to provide the service you paid for due to a prolonged outage or error attributable to us, and we cannot restore access within a reasonable time.

Subscriptions: If you cancel, you typically retain access until the end of the current billing period you already paid for. Refunds for partial subscription periods are at our discretion unless required by applicable law.

How to request a refund

Contact us using the support or seller contact details shown on your Paddle receipt, in your Paddle customer portal, or on the Analogify website at the time of purchase. Include your order ID, the email used at checkout, and a short reason for the request.

Paddle acts as the merchant of record for certain transactions; they may appear on your bank or card statement. We or Paddle will confirm receipt of your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer (often several business days after approval).

Non-refundable cases

We may decline a refund if:

  • The request is outside the stated window (except where law requires otherwise).
  • The purchase was consumed in line with the offering (for example, you used the paid tier extensively after purchase without reporting an issue).
  • There is evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, or Terms violations.

Changes and law

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change. If mandatory consumer laws in your country give you stronger rights, those rights apply.
